Successful Management Trainee candidates* typically have:

  • A business degree in logistics, supply chain, management or business
  • 1-2 years of industry experience
  • A focus or interest in operations management

  • * exemplary candidates with non-logistics degrees and no industry experience are also considered and have been accepted to the program
